I tried everything from using different computers (Mac, Windows) to download the FW, used different SD cards, formatted them on different computers & in the I1 - nothing changed Any idea before I'm going to contact the support? Thanks in advance, Guido. As I wrote, already tried all of this. Go get another SD card make sure it is within specs. Make sure you are getting the file from the Inspire 1 and not for the pro or the X5 camera.
I had another fellow in Germany with similar problem Purchased a New SD card and it worked. Make sure you are Not Formatting the card with a MAC device use a PC or the Aircraft itself.
I would format the new card on the Aircraft and I bet it solves the problem. I know it sounds strange, maybe try a different brand SD CARD ( I USE SAMSUNG WITH GOOD RESULTS ) the last fellow from Germany thought I was crazy also. BUT IT WORKED I WOULD ALSO CHANGE THE ADAPTER THAT YOU ARE USING FOR THE SD CARD, JUST BUY OR BORROW ANOTHER ONE.

THERE IS THE PROBLEM Also I would download the file from a different computer as well. I am sure a friend must have a PC.
Please just try it again using the recommendations, I bet it will work Try it again please. Thanks for trying to help but this is a quote from my original post: 'I tried everything from usi. Also that was DJI that posted above mine. You are not going to get much help from DJI without sending it in. Also make sure the contacts between the Camera and the Gimbal are clean and tight. Do you remove the camera quite a bit?
If so it can bend the Pins. Just check it. Sorry you are having trouble, I did give some new data: Dont use MAC buy NEW SD card, Replace adapter for SD card, Check contacts, Dont use a MAC, double check file source, did i mention dont use a MAC?
